standard nomenclature developed for the Edinburgh mouse atlas accessible
directly with a java browser, as XML or plain text
- Human
Embryo: standard nomenclature closely linked to the mouse anatomy.
- Mouse CD-ROMs:
voxel models, mapped anatomy and visualisation software
- GXD Query
Interface: using the Mouse Atlas to query the Jackson Lab GXD
- The Mouse Atlas Gene-Expression database: not yet available,
a prototype is currently under test. If you are interested in testing
